Adrian is a Director within Colliers Global Investors with over 35 years’ experience in the UK commercial property market. He is the Fund Manager for Derbyshire Pension Fund (the Derbyshire County Council pension fund property portfolio).
He originally gained early experience across all types of property investment work, before moving across to property fund management and was primarily involved with the management of two of Colliers Global Investors' long standing segregated pension fund mandates – Leicestershire County Council and the Smiths Group property pension funds. He now formulates and implements strategy for Derbyshire Pension Fund, undertaking transactions and overseeing asset and property management, valuations and performance measurement. The Fund has outperformed its benchmark in every year under management.
Adrian holds an honours degree in Land Management, is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and is registered as an authorised person with the UK Financial Services Authority.
