Nicholas is a Director of Colliers Global Investors with over 24 years’ experience in the commercial real estate market including the Continental European investment markets where he has actively advised on properties across the region. He is involved with the development of new funds as well as the company’s international investment activities.
He is a director of the Merchant Properties Investment Fund and he has been the property adviser to the Premier Property Options Fund. He holds a number of board positions on various investment vehicles in Europe. Nicholas holds an honours degree in Urban Estate Management, an RICS Diploma in Property Investment, is a member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors and registered as an authorised person with the UK Financial Conduct Authority.
