As a Director at Colliers Global Investors, Tim has over 40 years’ experience in the UK commercial property market. Prior to the merger of Gooch Webster and Colliers CRE, Tim was Chairman of the Management Board of Gooch & Wagstaff. Tim currently acts as Property Fund Manager to Staffordshire Pension Fund, a role he has had since 1991.
His role involves the formulation of investment strategy, implementation of sales and purchases, directing asset management initiatives, and overseeing day to day asset management. He is also Account Director for Derbyshire Pension Fund. He is a member of the Investment Committee of Westminster Abbey.
