Colliers Global Investors France strengthens its Investment & Asset Management department and announces the arrival of​ Hortense Monnier​ as Associate Director Investment & Asset Manager Retail.

After her work-study program at Gecina as an investment manager, Hortense Monnier, 34 years old, spent 9 years in the Capital Markets department of JLL, including 7 years specifically dedicated to retail as Lead Analyst. As such, she worked on all types of retail assets, on assignments or acquisitions.

Hortense joins the Colliers Global Investors France structure under the responsibility of Olivier Belis, Head of Investment and Asset Management in the Retail department. She will be in charge of sourcing and executing investment files and managing assets in shopping centers, storefront stores and retail parks.

She will bring us her extensive knowledge of retail real estate, brands, and her investment expertise. Hortense will take over a portfolio management of assets comprising shopping centers, ground floor businesses, medium-sized areas and will support our investor clients on acquisition projects. "

Hortense holds a master's degree in Real Estate Management from Paris-Dauphine University.
