Colliers Global Investors France, independant asset management subsidiary of the group Colliers, strengthens its Project Management department and announces the arrival of Marine Déceneux​ as Project Manager.

After her work-study program at ZUO , Marine Déceneux, 29 years old, has had the position of works project manager at Klepierre from 2016 to 2020. In this position, she acted as delegate project manager on the renovation and restructuring of commercial assets.

Marine will be based in Paris and will report to Jean-Baptiste Le Gal, Head of Project Management. She will manage as part of ACA (Assistance to the Contracting Authority) assignments, on all assets types, from the design phase,
in support of assets managers.

Jean-Baptiste Le Gal, Head of Project Management says : « We are very happy to welcome Marine to the project management team. She will bring us her operational expertise in the management of all projects. This arrival completes the team of 5 people already in place and strengthens our integrated skills department. It is part of our desire to support our clients investors closely in the whole life cycle of projects with a strong understanding of technical issues."

Marine Déceneux holds an engineering degree specializing in building and public works from the
CESI engineering school.
