Colliers Global Investors France strengthens its Investment & Asset Management Offices department and announces the arrival of Nathan Cohen​ as Investment & Asset Management Offices. This arrival is part of the will to strengthen the teams following the merger of the teams Investment & Asset Management.

Nathan Cohen, 25 years old, started his career in Mergers & Acquisitions at Wagram Corporate Finance. He joined Aviva Investors Real Estate France for more than 2 years as Manager on Office, Retail, Residential and Logistics typologies.

Based in Paris, Nathan will report to Arnaud Piette, Head of Investment & Asset Management offices.

"The arrival of Nathan strengthens the team following the merger of the investment and asset management teams. In accordance with our staffing policy for the Asset Management part, Nathan will be in charge of a limited number of 6 to 7 assets. He will be in charge of part of the investment sourcing from a limited number of players in order to identify opportunities as early as possible,​ "says Arnaud Piette.

Nathan Cohen is a graduate of Sciences Po Paris and ESSEC Business School.
