Colliers Global Investors France reinforces its department Fund Management and annonces
the arrival of​ Steve Lepine​ as Regulated Fund Manager.

Steve Lepine, 32, started his career at Deloitte as an auditor for the real estate department. Then he worked for 5 years as a fund manager at Keys Asset Management. Steve was in charge of value creation strategies and development operations in partnership with real estate developers.

He joined Colliers Global Investors structure under the responsibility of Annabelle Cavin, Head of Regulated Funds. Its role will be to implement the managed vehicle strategy. In particular, he will be the point of entry for Colliers Global Investors on matters relating to asset management, investment, monitoring of mandates, restructuring work, reporting or modeling.

Steve Lepine holds a DESUP Business Real Estate diploma from Paris 1 Panthéon Sorbonne University.
