Colliers GI France included in its portfolio the Amiens Senior Service Residence, delivered on
February 3rd 2020

Located close to Amien´s city center and train station, this residence consists of 95 housing units and service spaces including a restaurant, a hair salon, a wellness area and private salons. Operated by JARDINS D’ARCADIE as part of
a 12-years lease contract, this is the 4th SSR that Colliers GI France took delivery of, on behalf of RSS IMMO.

The first residents arrived on monday February 3rd and the booking rate is 50%. The management of the residence will be ensured by the Residential Asset team.
