Colliers Global Investors France participated in the delivery of EVIDENCE N8B office building in Saint-Ouen on January 31, 2020

Colliers Global Investors France participated with Caisse des Dépôts & Consignations and Amundi Immobilier on Monday January 31, 2020 the delivery of the EVIDENCE N8B office building in Saint-Ouen.

It is the largest building in the world equipped with Power over Ethernet (PoE) technology for powering and piloting false ceiling equipment in offices. The 20,000 sqm building spread over 7 floors was designed by the developer Nexity and built by Bouygues Construction Privée. It benefits from numerous environmental certifications such as BREEAM Excellent, HQE excellent, Biodivercity Base, WIREDSCORE GOLD but also RT2012-40% and EFFINERGIE +.
