The Lagny-sur-Marne Senior Service Residence was delivered on october 14th 2019, and is now part of Colliers Global Investors France´s portfolio.

Developed by ACAPACE, the residence will be managed by Jardins d’Arcadie under a commercial lease of 12 years. This is the 3rd Senior Service Residence which Colliers GI France has taken delivery of, on behalf of RSS IMMO. The residence consists of 2 buildings, comprising a total of 94 accomodation units, with service spaces including a reception, a waiting room, a dining room, a gym and a hairdressing salon.

The buildings will receive environmental certification RT 2012 and a PROMOTELEC certification “Energy Renovation”. The residence´s booking rate is 75%.
