To remenber from the tertiary market analysis from the 3rd quarter in Paris regions​ :

- the office market is severely impacted​ by the health and economic crisis ​
- The drop in volumes sold intensified during the 3rd quarter : - 58% in 3Q 2020 (vs 3Q 2019) and - 46% over the first 9 months of the year
-Immediate supply is back above the threshold of 3 million m² and the vacancy rate in Paris regions has reached 6.1%, linked to the decline in activity and the delivery of new operations
- Rents show a certain inertia​ for the moment, the adjustments being made on an increase in support measures
